All new members begin with a one hour 1:1 Orientation session with one of CrossFit Sandy’s coaches. The session begins with a tour of the facility and introduction to some of the fundamental skills we use in each class.
Then we take the time to get to know you. We’ll learn about your background, experience, and goals. We’ll observe how you move when performing a variety of skills and provide guidance for participating in the group classes.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely.
Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
