CrossFit Level 1
My mom is the reason I got into CrossFit. She started at the local box when I was 19. A year later I got the courage to try it for the first time! I was hooked. I was in college and missed the competition that high school sports brought into my life. I jumped in with 2 feet and have never looked back!
Growing up I had always been taller and bigger than almost everyone! I was never that comfortable in my own skin. CrossFit showed me that there were other women that looked like me. It gave me a place to belong and had made me mentally tough so that I am able to push through everyday life obstacles.
I have always loved teaching people and being able to coach and share my passion of fitness is awesome. I want people to not only work on their physical health, but also their mental health as well. I want my athletes to become mentally tough so they too are able to conquer every day life trials that appear in their path.
